Business Development Manager

Job Type
Full-time • Remote • Permanent
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
- Work full-time, remotely from home
- Call warm and cold leads provided by the company
- Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Understand their needs and present our marketing solutions
- Book qualified meetings for our team and/or close deals (depending on experience)
- Follow up consistently via phone, email, and CRM
- Keep the sales pipeline and CRM up to date
- Work closely with our Australian team on targets and strategy
What We’re Looking For
- Have strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Have proven sales / BDM / appointment setting experience
- Are confident speaking with business owners over the phone
- Can clearly explain business or marketing solutions
- Are organised and consistent with follow-up
- Can work independently and hit targets
- Have a reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Bring a professional, positive, “get it done” attitude
Experience in digital marketing or agencies is a plus, but not required.
